RETURNS & EXCHANGES

MIKA YAKA ONE aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. At MIKA YAKA ONE, we are dedicated to offering our customers unique, premium products that are made specifically for each order. We want to give our customers a sustainable and environmentally friendly shopping experience as a made-to-order brand. We only produce items after receiving an order because we believe in minimizing waste and conserving resources.

In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, we have implemented a strict Return Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is misprinted, damaged or defective. By following this policy, we can significantly reduce our company's environmental impact and promote mindful consumption. We encourage our customers to carefully review the size guide and product details before placing an order to make sure they make an informed purchase. If you received a misprinted, damaged or defective item, please consult the “DAMAGES AND ISSUES” section below.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving your order if the item you received is misprinted, damaged or defective. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us on support@mikayaka.one detailing the issue with the following information:

  • Your order number; 
  • A description of the issue; 
  • Clear photographs of the affected product.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed. ​​Returns are normally processed within 2-3 working days of the reception of your return. However, extra time may apply during sales or holiday periods. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We are not responsible for any risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Claims considered an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

UNCLAIMED 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

SALE 

We do not accept returns on sale items or E-Gift Cards. All sales on these items are final.
