  • Our goal is to dispatch your order from the nearest printing location to ensure swift delivery. After processing and packing within 1-3 business days, your order is handed over to our shipping partners.

    Please note: Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays. In some cases, parcels may arrive earlier than stated. Creator Studio cannot be held responsible for courier errors or delays once an order has left our production hubs. If you feel your delivery has been misplaced or is taking longer than expected, please contact us directly.

  • We work with a mix of national and commercial postal services. We constantly strive to optimise delivery lead time and cost per country.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is ready to be shipped. In some countries the postal company will send additional tracking information via their own systems through email or text message.

  • We will automatically start printing your order and send it to the customer from their nearest printing hub. The print production takes 1-2 days and then we'll ship your products to you. The last mile delivery time depends on your location.

  • Our orders are shipped in FSC-certified paper bags. Products with this certification are made using a mix of materials from FSC-certified forests, recycled materials and/or other FSC controlled woods. The bag is tested in several ways to secure that it can keep the garment safe during long transports as well as in rainy weather. Larger orders may be shipped in boxes.

  • Currently we only offer standard delivery for countries. We are working on setting up express alternatives. Keep in mind that shipping express usually means using a less sustainable option.

  • Shipping costs are calculated per order and is based on the contents of each parcel and the destination country. We have a flat rate for our products, where lighter garments cost less and heavier garments cost more, and each additional garment increases the total cost slightly.

  • If a parcel cannot be delivered (due to incomplete address or customs issues), it returns to us within 1-2 months for European and US orders, or longer for other countries. We can update the address and arrange for reshipping at an additional cost. Contact us at hello@mikayaka.one to resolve such issues.

  • Unfortunately, once your order is processed we are unable to cancel your order. 

Return & Refund

  • All orders are considered Final.

    At MIKA YAKA ONE, we prioritize satisfaction with a sustainable approach. We want to give our customers a sustainable and environmentally friendly shopping experience as a made-to-order brand. We only produce items after receiving an order because we believe in minimizing waste and conserving resources.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

  • If you received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at hello@mikayaka.one within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer online exchanges at the moment.

  • If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

  • No, we do not accept returns on sale items or E-Gift Cards. All sales on these items are final.

  • Returns are normally processed within 2-3 working days of receiving your return. However, please note that extra time may apply during sales or holiday periods.

  • Delivery Time

    Global Standard Shipping
    We are pleased to offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over €150. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are as follows:

    • EU & UK: T-shirts and similar items at €5.23, Hoodies at €6.23, with €1.1 for each additional item.
    • US: T-shirts at $4.23, Hoodies at $6.75, plus $1.12 for each additional item.
    • Other locations: A flat rate of €9.00 applies.

    Shipping Options
    We currently offer standard delivery. Express options are in development, aiming for a balance of speed and sustainability.
